The Walk It Out Gwinnett 5K is a family fun event designed to promote healthy lifestyles and regular exercise for ALL ages and to support the Gaining Insight & Real Life Skills (GIRLS) Leadership Program, an eight-month prevention program sponsored by I Am BEAUTIFUL that fosters self-esteem in girls ages 6-18. The GIRLS Leadership Program consists of bi-weekly life enriching group mentoring workshops, leadership in action service projects, college readiness and career development activities. The first 50 walkers/runners who register will receive a free Walk It Out t-shirt. Vendor space is available. Join us as we Walk It Out to support GIRLS! Proceeds benefit the 2017-2018 GIRLS Leadership Development Program.
